These SMS Terms govern the FleetBoss Load Status Notification program operated by Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC. This page is here to give users clear information about how we send and manage SMS communications.

Types of Messages Sent

After opting in, you may receive SMS notifications related to:

Load status changes — booked, dispatched, in transit, delivered, invoiced, paid
Delivery confirmations and proof-of-delivery (POD) alerts
Invoice notifications and payment received confirmations
Compliance reminders (ELD, HOS, document deadlines)
Account and security alerts

We do not send promotional, marketing, or third-party advertising messages.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your load activity. During active dispatch periods you may receive 1–10 messages per week. Outside of active loads, messages are minimal (account alerts only).

How to Opt In

SMS notifications are opt-in only. Users provide explicit consent during account registration at:

During registration, users check a clearly labeled consent checkbox: "I agree to receive SMS notifications about my load status updates from Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC."

This checkbox is a required field — no account is created without explicit consent. Below the checkbox a disclosure reads: "Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time.

You will receive a one-time confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from FleetBoss SMS notifications. No further messages will be sent. Reply START to re-subscribe."

After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message to receive support information.

You will receive: "FleetBoss Notifications by Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. For support: fleetboss@polsia.app"

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability.
