By using FleetBoss at fleetboss.polsia.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

FleetBoss provides load management, invoicing, and SMS communication tools for trucking owner-operators. The platform is provided "as is" and subject to change.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must be 18 or older to use FleetBoss
• You may not use the platform for illegal activities
• You may not send unsolicited SMS messages via our platform
• You are responsible for all content you enter and actions you take

3. SMS Communications

FleetBoss, operated by Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC, sends SMS notifications to users who opt in to our messaging features.

• Types of messages: Load status updates, delivery confirmations, compliance reminders, and account alerts.
• Message frequency: Varies based on load activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per week depending on active shipments.
• Opt out: Text STOP to cancel SMS notifications at any time. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Text HELP for support, or contact us at support@polsia.com.
• Msg & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
• Consent: By providing your phone number and using our platform, you consent to receive SMS notifications from Fast Tracking Dispatching LLC. You must have consent from all recipients before using our SMS features to contact them. This consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. Data Ownership

You own your data. We store it securely to operate the service. We will not sell or share your load data, broker contacts, or business information with third parties without your consent.

5. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

FleetBoss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
